All instructors at Arkansas Beauty School are fully qualified and well educated. They take pride in their ability to not only give the students the best education around, but they also nurture them, so they can gain the tools they need to be successful and confident in the world of Cosmetology. They continue their education each and every year and work hard to stay current and aware of all the newest trends. All instructors have experience working in a salon, and they love passing on their knowledge. We believe in our students at Arkansas Beauty School, and we believe all of our students deserve the best education in a fun and challenging environment.
Pat Ray
Mrs. Pat her cosmetology career in the state of Mississippi in 1977. In 1978, returning home to Arkansas, she promptly attained a license here. Her career at Arkansas Beauty School began in 1989 when she worked as the Director and Financial Aid Administrator. She worked hard to get the school its accreditation and to bring it up to the high standards that she has come to expect. She has over 33 years of experience in the industry and over 31 years as an educator. She and her husband, Cody, purchased the school in 2001.
Linda Faye Franklin
Mrs. Faye got her start in cosmetology over 23 years ago and has been a licensed instructor for 12 years. She is a successful stylist in a salon in the Little Rock area. She joined the ABS team 4 years ago and is one of our night instructors. She teaches Theory as well as Clinic Floor Instruction and Pre-Clinic Instruction. "The cosmetology field is always changing and I plan to change with it".
Anita Hawkins
Mrs. Anita attended school at Arkansas Beauty School 4 years ago, and soon after returned for her instructors training realizing her passion for teaching. She has now been teaching at Arkansas Beauty School for 2 years, and she is wholly dedicated to the learning of her students. She strives for them to absorb all of the necessary information while instilling in them the confidence required to be a success.
